Nick is Director of South Coast Tennis.He was a former county player and trained with the likes of Martin Lee (World ranked the top 100) With 15 years of coaching experience, Nick runs extensive coaching programmes for juniors and adults of all standards at Cross In Hand LTC & Cooden Beach Sports and Social Club. He runs various school coaching programmes in the Bexhill area & Heathfield area.

Paul has just recently joined the team at cross in hand after many years coaching in Hertfordshire. He is an accredited sport psychologist having worked with London Wasps, GB mens Hockey team in preparation for the athens 2004 olympics and with a number of olympic platform divers including a silver medal winner. He brings a wealth of experience in terms of coaching having completed his cca in 1987 and upgraded to a senior performance coach (level 4) in 2010. He has worked with county and regional players whilst two are now on the world circuit.
Paul will focus mainly on the academy players and is available for adult and junior coaching at Cross In Hand LTC
Darren joins south coast tennis bringing with him a wealth of experience in coaching all ages and abilities along with previous South Coast Tennis experience working at Wickwoods Heatlh Club in West Sussex for two of his 15 year coaching career.
He has previously worked at Mayfield tennis club, David Lloyd Eastbourne and in 2010 helped train Brighton University sports coaching students.

Peter joined the SCT team in August 2008. He is an LTA qualified licensed coach having obtained his DCA (UKCC 3) qualification ealier this year.
As a player he was Polish number 1 at U18's, winning the national championships. He went to play in international ITF events and won a singles event in Berlin.
Peter started coaching in 1996 in Poland,he moved to the UK where he has worked at The Rocks Tennis Center and The Riverside Club, both of which are in London. Thankfully, he recently moved to the South East and joined us to assist with our programmes.

Rita has been with South Coast Tennis for 18 months and has quickly established herself amongst the team. Rita has helped deliver the schools outreach programme in the Heathfield/Horam Area and currently runs the junior coaching programme at SCT's newest venue East Hoathly Tennis Club.

Sam has been coaching for three years at la fitness before joining the Cross in Hand coaching team. He enjoys playing club tennis competitively and is 2012 mens singles champion and 2012 mens doubles runner-up at his last Club.
Sam is a professional racquet stringer and can advise on strings and tension - to help you get the best out of your game.
Sam is available for adult and junior coaching and will be developing the junior programme at Cross In Hand, working with local schools to expand the programme.
Pernilla has represented Essex and is responsible for the mini tennis programme in the Stonegate area where she has been running our coaching programme at Bricklehurst Manor school for the past three years.
